Legal entity and support

Aevora is operated by Ambigu (referred to as "Aevora", "we", "us"). Our legal business name is Ambigu.

For support with billing, cancellation, or refunds, use the contact form.

Accounts and access

By using Aevora, you agree to provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in methods secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

Subscriptions and billing

Aevora may offer Free, Pro, and Pro+ plans. Paid subscriptions renew according to the billing interval you choose unless you cancel before the next billing cycle begins.

Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as Merchant of Record. Paddle may appear on your statement and handles payment processing and applicable sales tax and VAT collection.

14-day free trial

A 14-day trial is available for eligible paid plans. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, billing starts automatically at the selected plan price.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription anytime from Account > Subscription in the mobile app.

Cancellation stops future renewals. Access continues until the end of the current paid period unless otherwise stated in the cancellation flow.

You can also use the cancellation link in Paddle subscription emails.

Acceptable use

You may not use Aevora to store, distribute, or promote unlawful, abusive, infringing, malicious, or fraudulent content, or to interfere with the operation or security of the service.

Content and user responsibility

You remain responsible for the content you save or submit through Aevora, including links, notes, voice memos, and other uploaded material.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe the service is being misused, abused, or used in violation of these terms.

Disclaimers and liability

Aevora is provided on an as-is basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
