Refunds & Cancellations
Refund eligibility
You may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase charge or a subscription renewal charge.
Refunds are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record.
After 14 days, refunds are provided only where required by applicable law.
Subscription renewals
You can cancel your subscription anytime from Account > Subscription in the mobile app.
Cancellation stops future renewals. Access continues until the end of the current paid period unless otherwise stated in the cancellation flow.

You can also use the cancellation link in Paddle subscription emails.
How to request a refund
Submit your request through our contact form and include:
- The email address associated with your account
- The approximate date and amount of the charge
- A brief reason for your request
Processing timeline
Once approved, refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Nothing in this policy limits or overrides any consumer protection rights you are entitled to under the laws of your country or region.
